The Milin de ruchec is in a village called St Caradec Tregomel which is close to the costal resort of Lorient.

This unique property is built over a river and is set in 20acre site with two lakes, childrens play area and a fully licensed bar. The property has two double bedrooms and two single rooms with bunk beds. a lounge a large kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The property is set in a secluded location in a village called St Caradec Tregomel which is about 30 minutes drive from the costal resort of Lorient. On the site we have a fully licensed bar which is open every evening from 8pm until late the bar is only open to people on holiday and not locals. We also have a 6-acre fishing lake, which is heavily stocked with carp up to 42lb and a small lake, which is good for children to learn fishing on. Fishing tackle is also available for hire if needed. On site we also have three French bouls lanes, a children’s park with a small swimming pool, swings, seesaw and trampoline. The property has been recently converted and is in excellent condition with all the amenities that you could need such as satellite TV, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, pots, pans, plates ect. In the village of St Caradec Tregomel you will find some small shops which sell basic necessities, In the village of Guemene Sur Scorff which is about a 10 minute drive you will find restaurants, bars, lots of shops and a hypermarket. If you are prepared to drive about 30 minutes to the resort of Lorient then here you will find a lovely beach, lots of shops and hypermarkets a zoo, go kart racing and lots more activities.
