Villa Bleuets is a newly built ground floor villa only 400 metres from the sea at La Faute sur Mer. The villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac only 5 minutes walk from the main shopping and entertainment area in La Faute. The villa benefits from a private parking space and also has a patio with a table & chairs, BBQ and parasol - perfect after a hard day sunbathing! Inside the villa there is an open plan living room, with a dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. (Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.) In the living area, the sofa converts into a double sofa bed and there is a large storage cupboard for clothes and luggage. There is a TV in the living area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is also a shower room with shower, WC hand basin & washing machine. There is electric heating for the winter months and all windows have electric shutters for your comfort and security. The owners live in the house next door, and will be there to greet you upon arrival. The villa is available all year round, and out of the summer months can be rented for long weekends or long winter lets.

Places of Interest

The area is ideal for beach lovers, with a vast selection to choose from - sandy, rock pool, water sports and all family friendly. Further afield there is the Indian Adventure Park, where you can swing through the trees or go orienteering. The Puy du Fou theme park is also with 80 minutes drive - well worth a day trip. For those who like sightseeing - La Rochelle, with its port, aquarium and large covered market is hard to beat.
